In the heart of Lyon, place Bellecour, the École de Cuisine Gourmets by Institut Paul Bocuse welcomes in its kitchen all the food lovers wishing to gather around the many pleasures of gastronomy. In this friendly and refined place, Institut Paul Bocuse‘s Chefs, Bakers, Bartenders, Maître d’Hôtel and prestigious professional experts pass on their knowledge, experience and passion to the amateurs.

Immersions

Our Immersions programs are dedicated to the food lovers who want to discover all the facets of the French gastronomy and culinary arts during several weeks. Those trainings are provided in English and take place at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Écully near Lyon.

Cuisine & Culture

The Cuisine & Culture intensive program allows you to discover both modern and traditional French cooking techniques. This high-level training leads you through the full discovery of our “terroir” products by the combination of culinary demonstrations and practical applications. A unique immersion in our gastronomic heritage under the watchful eye of passionate professionals.

Cuisine & Passion 

The Cuisine & Passion tailored program provides you the knowledge and fundamentals techniques of French gastronomy. This 3 weeks session enables you to discover national culinary traditions and contemporary cooking trends. It allows you to progress in a trusted environment to develop your creativity in order to be able to create your very own recipes.
